LEGAL STATUS

The Initiative Foundation is comprised of two separate legal entities, one in the US, one in the UK.
The US organization was incorporated in Boston, Massachusetts in May 1999 and received its charitable 501©(3) status in January 2000. The Initiative Foundation Ltd was incorporated in the United Kingdom. Charitable status in the UK was received in August 2001, number 1087908.

The Initiative Foundation is a US non-profit 501(c)3 organization incorporated in the Commonwealth at Massachusetts in 1999.

The Initiative Foundation Ltd is a registered UK Charity, number 1087908 established in 2000.
