Each of our existing local communities has established an oversight committee, which takes its members from across the community. This has involved local government representatives, the head of the local chamber of commerce, teachers and other interested and active participants in the project. We believe that by establishing a diverse and transparent board we are more likely to get the entire community involved.

In addition each local oversight committee will have a representative from the Initiative Foundation boards.
